Your use of this Site confirms your acceptance of these Terms and your agreement to abide by them. If you do not accept these Terms then please do not use this Site. These Terms may be modified from time to time, and applies to all visitors or users of this Site. You should visit this page regularly to learn of any changes. Your use of this Site following any updates confirms your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms.

You may view and use our Site only for your personal information, shopping, and ordering, and for no other purpose inconsistent with our business. Whenever you use our Site to purchase our products or use our services (e.g., customer reviews), you agree to respect and follow the Terms of this Site.

Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We make no representation as to the completeness, accuracy, or currentness of any information on this Site.

We reserve the following rights, without notice, to:

  1. Make changes in information about price, description, or availability,
  2. To limit the order quantity on any product,
  3. To refuse service to any Customer

Colors

We will display colors of our products on the Site as accurately as possible, however, the actual color you see may depend on your device, and we cannot guarantee that your device will accurately display our colors.

Each part of an order you submit to us is an offer to purchase Merchandise. When you place your order
through our Site, after we receive your order, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order. If you do not receive an email, contact us before you try to place another order for the same Merchandise.

Note: The email that we send to you confirming receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Confirmation of Email

Don’t Blame the Kids Apparel Co. has not accepted your order (or any part of your order) until the requested Merchandise is shipped and we send you a shipment confirmation email.

Pricing Error

If we reject your order because of an error in pricing or other information about the Merchandise, we will notify you at the email address you provided and ask you whether you would like to re-submit your order to purchase the relevant Merchandise once we have corrected the error. If we notify you that we have accepted your order by sending you a shipment confirmation email, you will not be required to pay more than the price that was displayed on our Site at the time that you placed your order.

Error in Billing, Payment or Shipping Information

We reserve the right to deny any order for any reason, including, but not limited to, the following situations:

  1. An incorrect credit card or debit card number, expiration date and/or card security value, or information regarding other payment types;
  2. Incorrect billing information (for example, if the billing information you provide is different from information your financial institution has on record);
  3. An insufficient or incorrect shipping address (e.g., missing street address, city, state, zip or postal code); or Any suspected fraudulent information.

RETURN POLICY for ONLINE PURCHASE

  1. Generally, only defective items or wrong order sent by SEF Apparel can be exchanged. But for cases like wrong size can be an exception as long as the item(s) to be exchanged are of the same kind or of the same price or higher (customer must add an amount on how much the exchanged item is)
  2. Returned items for exchange may not be worn or washed.
  3. Items purchased may be exchanged within 7 days of the date of the purchase
  4. A completed Change Request Form must be included with any return shipment.
  5. We do not issue refunds.
  6. We won’t process the exchange if these policies are not fulfilled by the customer.
  7. SEF Appare; has the right to check if all the information given by the customer is correct.
